There could be some Pinnacle Studio files created although the installation was not successful. Receive an error message saying that it does not match with the version of Windows I am running (it does say it's an XP file and I'm running Vista). Service pack and had also tried adding the installer update on the forum on your website regarding a similar error (but a slighly different code) but it still won't install. When I try and install Pinnacle Studio 12 on my new laptop (running Vista) it gets to the end of the process and then I receive an error message saying Error 1722 There is a problem with this Windows installer package. Here is correspondence that I have had with the manufacturer's support team demonstrating solutions attempted thus far:
